Golf Sites For Lessons
My Personal Recommendations

There are thousands of golf sites on the Web offering various resources for golf. Whether it's golf equipment, golf holidays, golf insurance, golf lessons, golf news and many more, in fact if you do a search for golf sites on Google you'll get 654,000,000 results! You'll be pleased to know that I'm not about to go through those results:-)

However as this particular golf website is a resource for golf lessons online I would like to take this opportunity to highlight from my own experience the best golf websites for golf tips and golf lessons online.

There are two types of golf sites, one such as this which you can bookmark and re-visit for more information, or a paid membership site.

Some sites have a free membership option though these can be somewhat limited and therefore will offer a paid upgrade. Then there are those that are paid which may offer a 7 day FREE trial, or a months FREE in some cases.

Golf Sites, Non Membership/Membership.

Depending on your current skill level will have a major bearing on which type of website you'll need as some sites are more specific in certain areas than others.

For instance my No.1 recommended recourse on this site is Eric Jone's 5 Keys To Distance but is best suited for golfers with some experience say 18 handicap and down as this program is more specific for gaining extra yardage and may not suit a beginner who needs help with basics such as grip etc.

The 5 Keys to distance website is not a membership golf site as such but does have three levels of availability, bronze, silver & gold. The bronze is just the Ebook with a few accompanying videos with the silver giving much more access and the gold giving full access plus regular updates a forum and more resources for you to interact and ask questions etc.

Golf membership sites are a great resource which is why I also recommend PurePoint Golf for golf lessons online.

PurePoint Golf main focus for golf instruction are golf instruction DVD's but they also have a great golf membership site where they teach you right from the beginning such as golf equipment, grip, stance, alignment as well as intermediate stuff such as solid impact right through to advanced stuff like 'drawing the ball' or 'fading the ball. They call it  The PurePoint Golf Apprentice Program and you can get the first month FREE!

A new membership website has just been launched by Steve King and Richard Lawless from Weekend Golfers the creators of Drive For Show, How To Fix A Slice and Golf Between The Ears.

They have combined these great online golf lessons and launched a great membership site aptly named From Tee To Green.

Golf Membership Site

From Tee To Green is the complete membership golf site and I particularly recommend this site to beginners as it literally takes you by the hand and introduces you to golf instruction with well over 150 individual videos starting with 'The Beginners Secrets' before moving on to more advanced areas of golf  techniques.

Here is just a flavor of what you will get:-

From Tee To Green deals with all aspects of playing great golf with individual categories for driving the ball, bunker play and arguably the most important aspect of anyones game, putting.

Email List, Best Lists To Sign Up To For FREE Golf Lessons!

There are other golf sites that are worth signing up to just to get on their email list for FREE golf lessons online.

Another such site is The Golf Swing Test. Just take the Golf Swing Test, it only takes 2 minutes, you'll have to submit your name and email address in order to get your test results. By doing so you are agreeing to receive emails from The Golf Swing Test of which most are extremely helpful and informative.

My golf has benefited greatly from signing up to various email list from various golf sites who frequently send me enlightening golf tips which have helped improve my game.

I shall be testing and reviewing more sites as I continue to build this site as the best golf resource on the Web for golf tips, golf equipment and golf lessons online.
