The Swing Setter is a great golf
training aid, it comes with an accompanying DVD which gives you
numerous drills you can use to improve your golf swing.
I have one myself which my wife bought me for a
Christmas present and to be honest I didn't use it that much at first.

I thought about it for a while and then declined the
offer and kept it. It was the one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I started using it regularly and got amazing results!

maintain your tempo which is great if you can't play that often and
particularly in the winter months when you can't play at all.

If you want to ad distance to your golf swing you need to increase your
swing speed in other words swing faster not harder.
The swing setter is designed with magnetic balls along the shaft which
you can set to a desired swing speed, the faster your swing speed
becomes the higher you can set the settings on the magnetic balls.
You will notice the difference in a matter of days as you start to
swing your club faster with less effort.
The swing setter also helps you 'groove' your swing so that you get
more consistency and start to swing on plane with increased speed every
time.
I even use mine for 5 minutes at home before I go to the golf course to
play golf.
