Augusta National Club
House
Augusta National is a tough test of golf with it's
lightning quick
greens, which can even make Tiger Woods look ordinary at
times!
Amen Corner sets the men from the boys with the 11th
12th and 13th among the toughest holes on the golf
course.

12th hole, The Golden
Bell
The 12th hole at Augusta National is a 155
yard par three,
with no room for error, the landing area at it's narrowest is about
eight feet wide, protected either side by bunkers with water at the
front, and no where to land at the back. The green it self is like a
billiard table and many a putt has ended up in the drink!
Augusta
National is renowned for its beauty with the greens lined with stunning
azaleas, and the fairways flanked by hundred year old trees. Each hole
at Augusta National is named after a flower or shrub that is associated
with the course.
One famous tree on the course is named the
Eisenhower Tree, located on the 17th. Former United States President
Dwight D. Eisenhower hit the tree so many times that he proposed it be
cut down. The tree was never cut down and became known as the
'Eisenhower Tree'.

13th hole, Azalea
Augusta National is a
truly majestic golf club, which warrants a mention in any top
ten, let alone top 100.
